The portal is the first place to find frequently asked questions, raise a query, or complete key tasks.

Raising a query

If you have a question, first check if the answer is available on the student webpages or the help articles in the portal. You may find your answer straight away - saving you time.

If you can’t find what you need:

Log in to the CCCU Self Service Portal
Select “Raise a New Query” from the top right navigation menu
Complete the form with as much detail as possible

As the portal is developed further, query forms for different areas will be added.

Submitting a query through the portal ensures your request goes directly to the right team, provides us with all the information needed to help you, and enables you to receive the fastest and most effective response.

You can easily track the progress of your query at any time by selecting “My Ticket” from the top right navigation menu in the portal. This means you don’t need to email or call for updates — everything you need is available in one convenient place.
