As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the student experience, we have made significant investments to centralise key services on the Canterbury Campus. These include the SU Hub in Mary Seacole and the Student Zone in Maxwell Davies, with the Careers and Enterprise Hub also now relocated to North Holmes Road.

Augustine House will continue to serve as your Library, offering access to an extensive range of physical and online resources, as well as a variety of learning spaces designed to support different study needs.

In late Spring 2026, part of Augustine House will be leased to the prestigious, local accountancy firm Burgess Hodgson. This partnership will support the financial and environmental sustainability of the building, enabling us to continue to deliver high-quality facilities and services for all our students.

Burgess Hodgson has been based in Canterbury for over 50 years, with strong regional connections and international reach. With their commitment to social responsibility and developing future talent, their relocation to Augustine House will create new opportunities and we look forward to building a rewarding long-term relationship with them.
