Replacement award certificates

There should only be one copy of your certificate in circulation at any one time. If you’ve lost your original award certificate, you can order a replacement.

Awarded on or after 7 July 2025: Access your certificate through the Degree Certificate Portal here.
If you studied before 1992: Please contact the Student Zone, as older certificates must be requested through a different institution.
All other replacements: Can be purchased from the online shop for £40.

Duplicate or replacement academic transcripts

Your academic transcript is a full record of your University achievements, including academic results and other non-accredited achievements. For most students who studied after 2012, academic transcripts have been in the format of a Higher Education Achievement Record (HEAR).

Please note that it may not be possible to produce an academic transcript for students who studied at Canterbury Christ Church University prior to 2001, when our current electronic student records system was introduced.

Alumni Status Letters

An Alumni Status Letter is a signed and stamped letter that provides basic details of the award you completed with us.

You can order your Alumni Status Letters for £10 via our online sh o p.

If you studied before 1992, you need to request it through the institution that awarded your qualification.
